Tokyo to Touge

Terms of Service

Effective 22 October 2026

These terms apply to bookings for Tokyo to Touge, run by Togemachi Co., Ltd. (“we”). They include our cancellation policy and safety rules. The Participation Acknowledgement and Waiver is a separate short document.

Key points

1. The event

A passenger drift experience on the Gunsai (Gunma Cycle Sports Center) closed course, Course A, for up to 20 guests per date. The first date is Friday 25 December 2026. We hire the course from its operator; we are an independent organiser, not part of the venue.

2. Booking and payment

3. What is included

Up to four passenger rides (three guaranteed), station pickup and return between Jōmō-Kōgen Station and the venue, and paddock time. A watch-only ticket (¥20,000) includes the station pickup and return and time in the paddock and viewing area, with no ride; the same rules, cancellation terms and declaration apply to watching guests. If we cannot give you three rides for a reason within our control, choose a refund of ¥16,600 per missing guaranteed ride (about one third of the ticket), a free Photo Set, or a free place on a later date.

4. Taking part and safety

5. If you cancel

Counted back from 09:00 (Japan time) on the day of the event.

14 days or more beforeFull refund
13 to 8 days before80% refund (20% fee)
7 to 3 days before50% refund (50% fee)
2 days before, the day before, the day itself, or no-showNo refund

6. If we or the venue cancel, and weather

If we cancel or move the event for a reason on our side or at the venue (the course is closed, venue permission is not in place, or we cannot run it safely), you may choose a full refund or a place on the new date. Rain does not stop the day. We call it off only for ice, snow, a typhoon, heavy rain that makes the course unsafe, or a venue closure, telling you by 18:00 the evening before where we can. Travel and hotel costs paid to others are not covered.

7. Photos and film

We photograph and film the day and may use material showing guests in public areas for our promotion. If you do not want to appear, tell staff at the briefing. Onboard footage of you is made only if you buy a media package or agree to it.

8. Risk, liability and insurance

This is a high-risk activity and you accept the risks described in the Waiver. You are responsible for your own decision to take part, your conduct and your belongings and, as lead guest, for making sure your group has read these documents and signs at check-in. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for our intentional or grossly negligent acts or injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for one booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We carry no event insurance for guests: please carry your own travel and personal accident insurance.

9. General and contact

This is an independent event, not affiliated with any film, comic, series, magazine, manufacturer or brand. Personal information is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the version in force when you pay applies. If the English and Japanese versions differ, the Japanese version prevails. Japanese law governs, and the Maebashi District Court (or Summary Court) is the agreed court of first instance, except where mandatory law gives a consumer another forum.
