Tokyo to Touge

Services & Booking Conditions

Version 4.2 · 23 October 2026

The service

Touge Town organises a private-venue experience. The booking may include viewing, a stated number of passenger ride cards, guest support, transfers, rented safety equipment or media only where expressly included in that particular Event Offer. Guests do not drive. No specific car, driver, sequence, film or time is promised unless the booking says so.

How ride cards work

At check-in, the guest signs once, receives a wristband and the allocated single-event ride cards. Drivers and cars must appear on the green-sticker event register; an illuminated green availability light means a registered driver is accepting requests. The guest chooses an accepting driver; the marshal checks eligibility, clothing and restraint fit; the driver decides whether to proceed. After a completed ride the driver keeps the card for reconciliation. No completed ride = no used card. The event-wide tally links each card to driver/car and the original booking.

Featured AE86 filming

Where scheduled, the organising team may offer a camera-equipped AE86 ride during an initial rotation, not necessarily as the first ride. Filming is subject to venue rules, guest recording consent, equipment condition and schedule. An AE86 film or other media is a guaranteed deliverable only when explicitly sold as such. Advertising use of identifiable footage always requires separate permission.

Changes and unavailable rides

Weather, safety, maintenance and venue instructions may reduce choices. A driver may refuse a passenger for a legitimate safety reason. If Touge Town cannot deliver the expressly promised service, the booking-specific lawful replacement or refund policy applies. Guests who elect not to use an available card are treated differently from guests who cannot redeem it through no fault of their own.

What must appear before checkout

Event and venue, meeting point, inclusions and exclusions, actual number of ride cards, any promised vehicle/media, all prices and fees, cancellation deadlines, refund/remedy for unprovided services, insurance disclosure, age and equipment requirements, transport arrangements and contractual operator. Third-party platform rules are identified where they apply.
