Participation and Safety Rules参加・安全ルール

Please read this before you book. We may refuse or end participation where safety needs it.
1. You ride, the professionals drive
Guests never drive. Each car is driven by a professional or proven driver, and our safety lead checks every car before it carries a guest and can pull a car at any time.
2. Who can ride
- Aged 18 or over.
- In good health, able to sit upright and strapped in for several minutes of hard cornering.
- Do not ride if you are pregnant, have a neck, back, heart or other condition that strong forces could aggravate, a recent injury or surgery, or severe motion sickness. If unsure, ask us first.
- No alcohol or drugs on the day. We may refuse anyone who has been drinking.
- These limits may be tightened by the venue or our insurer, and we will tell you before you pay.
3. Helmet and clothing
- A helmet is required for every ride. Rent one from us (¥3,000) or bring your own approved helmet that meets a recognised standard (for example JIS, ECE or SNELL); our staff check it.
- Long sleeves, long trousers and closed shoes. No loose items in the cabin: leave bags, phones and cameras with our staff.
4. On the day
- Attend the briefing. It is compulsory.
- Follow staff instructions and flag signals at all times. Stay in the paddock and do not cross or enter the course.
- Venue rules apply. Driving runs 09:00 to 16:00 with no driving from 12:00 to 13:00.
- No drones. Do not film other guests without their consent.
- Tell us straight away if you feel unwell or want to stop. You can stop at any time.
5. Venue permission and insurance
We confirm a date and take payment only when the venue’s permission and the insurance required for that date are in place. At check-in each guest signs the declaration in the Participation Acknowledgement and Waiver, confirming that they have read these rules, understand the risks and are fit to ride.
6. Emergencies
In an emergency staff will call 119. Tell us before the day about any medical condition or allergy that we should know about.

1. 運転するのはプロ、お客様は同乗です
お客様が運転することはありません。各車両はプロまたは実績のあるドライバーが運転し、当社の安全責任者が、お客様を乗せる前に全車両を点検します。安全責任者はいつでも車両を走行から外すことができます。
2. 同乗できる方
- 18歳以上の方。
- 健康で、数分間の激しいコーナリングの間、しっかり着座しシートベルト・ハーネスを着用できる方。
- 妊娠中の方、強い加速度で悪化するおそれのある首・背中・心臓などの疾患がある方、最近の怪我や手術がある方、重度の乗り物酔いがある方は同乗できません。ご不明な場合は事前にご相談ください。
- 当日の飲酒・薬物の使用は禁止です。飲酒の疑いがある方はお断りします。
- 会場や保険会社の要件により、上記の条件が厳しくなる場合があります。その場合はお支払い前にお知らせします。
3. ヘルメットと服装
- すべての同乗走行でヘルメットの着用が必須です。当社のレンタル（3,000円）をご利用いただくか、JIS・ECE・SNELLなど認められた規格に適合するヘルメットをご持参ください（スタッフが確認します）。
- 長袖・長ズボン・つま先の覆われた靴を着用してください。車内にはものを持ち込まず、バッグ・スマートフォン・カメラはスタッフにお預けください。
4. 当日のルール
- ブリーフィングへの出席は必須です。
- 常にスタッフの指示と旗の合図に従ってください。パドック内に留まり、コースに立ち入らないでください。
- 会場のルールが適用されます。走行時間は9:00〜16:00で、12:00〜13:00は走行しません。
- ドローンの使用は禁止です。他のお客様を同意なく撮影しないでください。
- 体調が悪い場合や中止したい場合は、すぐにお知らせください。いつでも中止できます。
5. 会場の許可と保険
当社は、その開催日について会場の許可および必要な保険が整った場合にのみ、日程を確定し、お支払いをお受けします。受付時に、お客様全員に、本ルールを読み、危険を理解し、同乗に支障がないことを確認する、参加確認書の宣言書へ署名していただきます。
6. 緊急時
緊急時はスタッフが119番通報します。当日までに、お知らせいただくべき持病やアレルギーがある場合は、事前にお伝えください。
