Prices	Shown on the event page when you build your ticket, in yen, consumption tax included. First date ticket: ¥34,500. Add-ons: helmet rental ¥3,000, bento and drink ¥2,300, signed Polaroid ¥1,000, multicam ride files ¥5,000, Fun ticket ¥5,000, media packages ¥5,000 to ¥10,000.
Costs besides the price	Train and shinkansen fares to and from Jōmō-Kōgen Station, and any fees charged by your card issuer, are paid by the customer.
Payment methods	Credit or debit card through Stripe; PayPal where offered.
Payment timing	After we confirm your booking by email, by the deadline stated in that email (normally 7 days).
When the service is provided	On the event day. First date: Friday 25 December 2026, meeting at Jōmō-Kōgen Station at 09:00.
How a booking is made	Send a booking request on the event page. The contract is formed when we send you a written confirmation by email.
Cancellation and refunds	See the Cancellation and Refund Policy: full refund up to 14 days before, 80% from 13 to 8 days, 50% from 7 to 3 days, none from 2 days before; no fee if we resell the place; full refund or transfer if we cancel.
Participation conditions	Aged 18 or over; see the Participation and Safety Rules. Up to 20 guests per date.
Defects and non-delivery	If the service is not provided as described, contact us; remedies are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

商品代金以外の必要料金	上毛高原駅までの電車・新幹線の運賃、およびカード発行会社が定める手数料は、お客様のご負担です。

お支払い時期	当社が予約確認のメールを送信した後、そのメールに記載の期限（通常7日以内）まで。

申込みの方法・成立時期	イベントページから予約リクエストを送信します。当社が確認のメールを送信した時点で契約が成立します。
キャンセル・返金	キャンセル・返金ポリシーをご覧ください。14日前まで全額返金、13日前〜8日前は80%返金、7日前〜3日前は50%返金、2日前以降は返金なし。お席を再販売できた場合はキャンセル料なし。当社が中止する場合は全額返金または振替。
参加条件	18歳以上。「参加・安全ルール」をご覧ください。1開催日の定員は20名。
サービス内容に不備があった場合	サービスが内容どおり提供されなかった場合はご連絡ください。対応はキャンセル・返金ポリシーに定めます。
